You can also log into your Shop Peak Online account and view real-time updates under "My Orders." Our system updates tracking information every 4 hours, so you'll always know exactly where your package is.

We offer a 7-14 days return window depending on the product category. Items must be unused, in original packaging, and with all tags intact. To initiate a return, go to "My Orders," select the item, and click "Request Return." Refunds are processed within 3-5 business days after we receive and inspect the returned product. The refund will be credited to your original payment method.

We currently accept Cash on Delivery (COD) as our only payment method. Simply place your order online and pay the total amount in cash when your order is delivered. COD is available for eligible delivery locations only.
